Oh the phone calls!!
As usual my Monday starts off with some customers that have the "ummm" best moods ever! /sarcasm off.
I'm never going to understand why customers call and ask:
"how long before I can get a cab"?
Me - "Well, sir/man, Where are you?"
Them - "um, uh, can you hold on for a minute so I can check"?
This is every day!
