How do I order a taxi with DashRabbit?

Ordering a DashRabbit ride is easy! Since you are already here you can book your trip now by downloading our mobile app. When you order a taxi cab using our app, it saves you time because the details of your trip are sent directly to the next available cab in your area. If you prefer the traditional method, just give us a call at (404) 500-7828 and our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in placing your order for DashRabbit service. Our dispatch center is open 24/7, 365 days a year in most cities.

How much does it cost for a taxi in Atlanta GA and surrounding cities?

For most cities:

Note: In some cities taxi service is regulate by the laws regarding prices in that city to which all companies must charge the same price.. If this is the case in your city, then our prices will reflect that also, and we will tell you exactly how much it is for your city.

How long will it take for a DashRabbit Taxi Cab to pick me up?

Although DashRabbit operates with less than a 15 minute pickup time for all of our calls, your situation may be different. DashRabbit Taxi Cab Service uses a Global Positioning Systems to dispatch the closest cab to your address.

Are there any special rates or discounts on the taxi fares in metro Atlanta?

No, all taxi fares and rates are set by the City of Atlanta and the State of GA. All taxi cab companies charge the same rates.

Does DashRabbit Taxi accept credit cards?

Yes, all of our drivers accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I am traveling in a metropolitan Atlanta area with a small child, do you provide child safety seats?

No. Drivers of DashRabbit and for-hire vehicles and their passengers are exempt from laws regarding car seats. Passengers with children are encouraged to bring their own car seats, which the drivers will allow passengers to install.

Do you charge for extra passengers?

No we do not. There is absolutely no charge for additional passengers when riding with us. Unlike traditional taxi companies that charge an extra fee for each additional passenger DashRabbit does not do this.

Do you allow pets to ride in your taxi cabs?

It depends. All DashRabbit taxis are owned and operated by independent contractor driver’s. It is up to each individual driver whether or not he/she will allow for pets to ride in their cab. Most drivers have no problem with pets as long as they are caged. There is a $5.00 extra fee for a pet, however, in compliance with Federal law all ADA or service animals will be transported at no charge and do not have to be caged.

Do you offer flat-rates for longer trips like the Airport and to Downtaown?

Yes we do! DashRabbit uses what is called “zones” (areas within a certain range) that offer lower priced travel for Airport rides, and longer rides to big cities. Everyone that lives in a particular “zone” is charged the same for said travel. Call us anytime to find out how much a flat-rate to the airport is in your city.

What is advanced booking (time-calls)?

Time-calls are used to set up an advanced ride for a certain date and time. This has become a very popular and convenient way to make sure your taxi is there exactly when you need it. Advanced bookings can be made using our app or by telephone up to 3 weeks in advance.

Can a driver refuse to pick me up?

Drivers are not obligated to give you a ride. Just like you are not obligated to ride with them if you so choose not to. If a driver feels that there are any reasons that giving you a ride is a risk he/she can decline to drive you.

It is very rare that a driver will not take a person to where they want to go, however it can and does happen.


Why are DashRabbit's prices for limousines cheaper?

Utilizing the efforts of many companies we offer a very large fleet. Quantity allows us to give the customer the “Best” price. Our prices will not be beat by anyone!

Do you allow smoking in the Limousines?

No, smoking is never allowed in the Limousines.

How soon should I make my reservation?

Limousine trips are booked on a first come first serve basis. If you know you need the limousine on a specific date and time, DON’T WAIT! Go ahead and book the date with us to secure your reservation for your special day.

What will my limousine driver be wearing?

Your driver will look professional and will be wearing a suit and tie. The driver will present a neat and well groomed appearance.

When does my limo rental start?

The rental starts when the limousine arrives to pick you up. For example, if you are scheduled for a 4 hour limousine rental from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The limousine will be there at 5:00 pm ready to pick you up. The rental ends at the time the driver drops you off at the desired drop off location at 9:00 pm.

What if I need to go over my rental time?

Please call our office to extend the rental as soon as possible. If the car is not booked, you are welcome to extend. The fee for extended hours are to be paid directly to the driver. Our drivers can accept payments by either cash and credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a limousine is booked with a paid deposit, if the trip is cancelled for the specific date, then a credit certificate valid for postponing the trip will be issued and can be used for up to six months (at a mutual date). There is no additional fee to postpone a trip, however once the deposit is made there are no refunds.

Do you provide alcohol?

We are able to provide alcohol in certain cities and states however, in some cities there are regulations that DO NOT allow us to do so. When this is the case you are welcome to bring your own, provided everybody in the party is over 21 years of age. We recommend you choose small ready to use individual bottles of beer and/or wine, rather than larger quantity containers that require pouring and mixing.

To find out if you live in a service area where we CAN provide alcohol simply ask when you prepare to book your limo.

Are the limos insured?

Yes, all limos are insured by the provider and licensed in the state in which they reside.

We booked for 8 people, but we want to add a couple more. Can they join us?

Each vehicle has a certain capacity that cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons. If your party is larger than expected, please call our office to upgrade to a larger vehicle. Extra fees will apply.

How do I rent a limo?

Once you know the date of your special event and the size of your party, please give us a call. We will make your reservation over the phone and email you your confirmation letter within 24 hrs. The confirmation letter is your proof of the reservation with us. You do not need to call or check. But please advise us of any changes in time or party size, prior to your trip.

How do I know which car I get?

At the time of the booking you will determine which limo you will book based on your preference, group size and budget. That vehicle will pick you up on the date of your special event.

Do we rent a limousine per hour?

The limousines are rented by the hour and the fee depends on the size and style of the vehicle. We require a three hour minimum on most of our rentals, but not on all.

How long do I need a limo for?

The length of the rental depends on your needs and your plans. We can work with you and help make your day a special one. Once the limousine picks you up, it is yours for the duration of the rental. The driver will take you anywhere you need to go or do.

Can we bring food?

No, food is not allowed in the vehicles. Food leaves stains and smells that can be difficult to eliminate. Our customers are varied in their tastes and likes. We keep our cars clean and smell free at all times. Please advise your driver if you wish to stop for a bite of food at a restaurant or cafe.

Can we bring our own music, or movies?

Most definitely! Please do. All vehicles are equipped with CD players, DVD players and some with IPod hookups. We recommend you bring your favorite tunes, or movies to enhance your experience.

What if we forget something in a limo?

Please call us as soon as you realize you left something. All cars are cleaned at the end of the rental and all lost items are placed in lost/found bin. We will arrange to meet you to return the lost items.

Who should I call once the rental begins?

At the time of the pickup, the driver will introduce himself and give you a business card with office and his personal phone number. Please keep that card during the rental, and call your driver directly when you are ready to be picked up.

Will the limo wait for us outside?

Once the customers are dropped off, the driver will park the limousine as close to the restaurant/night club as possible. For your convenience, please give the driver a 5 minute “heads up” once you are ready to be picked up. Please note that at some locations, the limousine cannot be parked directly outside waiting for customers, so the driver might have to go around the block. Please wait for your driver outside the club.

Can I rent a limousine for my children?

Yes, we do a variety of special occasions such as proms and homecomings. We ask for an adult chaperone for any children’s under the age of 16 to accompany them.


What locations does DashRabbit provide courier service?

DashRabbit is currently only doing courier service pick-ups in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Offering the lowest rates for point-to-point parcel and package same day delivery to any city.

How long will it take for DashRabbit to deliver my package?

Delivery estimates depend upon the distance between package pick-up and delivery. Our drivers know the best routes to quickly and safely get every package to its final destination.

Do you also provide delivery pickup service?

Yes. we will pick-up anywhere in the metro Atlanta area and deliver your packages anywhere in the state of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida.

Is your courier services just for small items, or can they handle large projects?

What are your courier service rates?
